Control ambiental y zoosanitario . La autoridad ambiental realizará el control ambiental a los zoocriaderos mediante visitas anuales o de las que estime pertinentes en cada caso. Para este fin, efectuará anualmente el cobro del servicio de seguimiento ambiental, conforme al sistema y método de cálculo señalado en el artículo 96 de la Ley 633 de 2000, o la norma que la modifique o sustituya. El Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario ICA efectuará el control zoosanitario de los animales de la especie Hélix aspersa .
