Del reparto. El reparto de los expedientes disciplinarios lo hará el presidente del Comité Disciplinario y de Fomento Educativo o el Comité Seccional, según el caso, al consejero que le corresponda en turno por estricto orden alfabético en la medida en que se vayan radicando los expedientes.

Parágrafo

Ningún miembro del Comité Disciplinario y de Fomento Educativo o del Comité Seccional, podrá negarse a tramitar el, o los negocios que le hayan correspondido, salvo en los casos de impedimentos de que trata el artículo 149 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
