Art 18. Se faculta a los Administradores de Aduana:

1.° Para conceder licencias hasta por treinta dias a los cabos del Resguardo i a los oficíales escribientes i para llenar las vacantes por sustitucion, siempre que la Aduana esté distante de la capital del Estado ; i 2.° Para suspender de sus destinos, prévia información sumaria; a los cabos del Resguardo, por mal desempeño en el ejercicio de sus funcianes, dando cuenta con los documentos del caso al Poder Ejecutivo por el inmediato correo.
