Las pensiones son incompatibles con las bonificaciones. Si se paga una bonificación y luego se reclama y obtiene una pensión, el monto cubierto por bonificación más intereses liquidados a la tasa de interés corriente bancario, se descontará periódicamente de la pensión, en el menor número de mesadas legalmente posible.
