La deducción por agotamiento, cualquiera que sea el sistema adoptado por el contribuyente, no podrá exceder en ningún caso del veinte por ciento (20%) de la renta líquida computada antes de hacer la deducción por agotamiento.

Parágrafo

La deducción por agotamiento se concede globalmente a los sujetos del impuesto. En consecuencia, cada contribuyente podrá deducir la cuota o cuotas a que tenga derecho de la renta total de sus explotaciones.
