Prima de Navidad en el exterior. La Prima de Navidad de que trata el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 92 del Decreto 89 de 1984, solo se liquidará y pagará en la forma allí establecida, cuando el Oficial o Suboficial que cumple la comisión permanente en el exterior se encuentre en desempeño de ella el 30 de noviembre del respectivo año.
