EXTORSION. El que con el propósito de facilitar actos terroristas, obligue a otro a hacer, suministrar, tolerar u omitir alguna cosa mediante amenazas, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) a doce (12) años y en multa de quince (15) a sesenta (60) salarios mínimos mensuales.
