El sobresueldo constituye factor de salario y cubre la totalidad de la remuneración de los servicios que hayan de prestarse, por razón de trabajo o de disponibilidad en tiempo que corresponda a cualquiera de los siguientes conceptos: a). Jornada ordinaria nocturna. b). Horas extras diurnas o nocturnas. c). Trabajo ordinario u ocasional diurno en días dominicales o festivos. d). Trabajo ordinario u ocasional nocturno en los mismos días a que se refiere la letra ordinal c).
