Art. 140. En este juicio, salvo la citación para absolver posiciones, no hay necesidad de notificaciónes personales.

Los autos que en él se dicten se notificarán por medio de edictos, que permanecerán fijados en la Secretaría por el término de cuarenta y ocho horas.
