ARTICULO 5º . RESPETO A LA DIGNIDAD HUMANA. En los establecimientos de reclusión prevalecerá el respeto a la dignidad humana, a las garantías constitucionales y a los derechos universalmente reconocidos. Se prohibe toda forma de violencia psíquica, física o moral.
