Con base en la información del Registro Nacional de que trata la presente ley, las respectivas secretarías de salud y gobierno de los entes territoriales, o quien haga sus veces, y las demás autoridades competentes, deberán adelantar las gestiones necesarias para evitar que estas infraestructuras puedan convertirse en focos de insalubridad e inseguridad.
