Artículo segundo. Las empresas obligadas a pagar los gravámenes a que se refiere el artículo anterior o cualquier otro gravamen al consumo de cervezas, en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá y en el resto del Departamento de Cundinamarca, deberán consignar directamente en la Tesorería de Bogotá las participaciones que, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes, le corresponden al Distrito Especial.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en este artículo tendrá sus efectos sin perjuicio de las obligaciones contractuales que haya celebrado o celebre el Distrito Especial.
