PROHIBICIÓN USO DEL UNIFORME EN ESTADO DE SEPARACIÓN O SUSPENSIÓN. El Agente separado en forma absoluta de la Policía Nacional o suspendido, no podrá usar el uniforme, las condecoraciones y distintivos que se le hubieren conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal perderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de separación.
