Art. 52. La Corte Suprema resolverá las dudas que ocurran sobre por menores relativos á la organización judicial de los Tribunales, que no hayan sido previstas por las leyes.

Parágrafo

Los Tribunales á su vez resolverán las que ocurran á los Juzgados Superiores y de Circuito.
