Exímese al Municipio de Medellín del pago de derechos de aduana por la introducción que haga al país de las maquinarias, enseres, materiales y demás elementos destinados a la construcción y funcionamiento de un matadero moderno y de una fábrica de abonos esa exención se hará efectiva siempre que sea aquella municipalidad la que prospecte, construya y explote las dos obras mencionadas.
