Todo el personal que sirva en barcos al servicio del Gobierno Nacional, ya sean de mar o de río, quedará sujeto a las prescripciones del Código Militar y a los reglamentos del Ejército en todo lo que sea aplicable a los Oficiales, Suboficiales, marinería y asimilados a estas diferentes categorías, mientras se dictan los reglamentos de Marina correspondientes.
