º. El numeral 5º del artículo 267 del Código de Comercio quedará así: "5. Solicitar la remoción de los administradores o empleados de las sociedades cuyos valores se negocien en el mercado público, cuando por causas atribuibles a dichos funcionarios ocurran irregularidades graves en el funcionamiento de las mismas que puedan comprometer los intereses de los inversionistas. Para tal fin podrá convocar asamblea de socios y juntas directivas e impartir las órdenes correspondientes".
