Los empleados, funcionarios o corporaciones públicos que tuvieren noticia oficial de la infracción de los dos artículos precedentes, darán aviso de ello a la autoridad o corporación que deba imponer la multa de que tales artículos tratan, con el fin de que se imponga la pena respectiva.
