Artículo segundo. La Procuraduría General de la Nación y la Procuraduría General de las Fuerzas Armadas, recibirán los procesos que se encuentren pendientes de concepto en el Tribunal de Gracia de la jurisdicción ordinaria y en el Tribunal de Gracia de la jurisdicción castrense, respectivamente, con facultades para emitir el concepto a que se refiere el inciso 2° del Artículo 8° del Decreto 0328 de 1958.
