El Gobierno gestionara con los bancos comerciales la suscripción de bonos de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, sin exceder del diez por ciento (10%) del capital y reservas de cada banco.

Parágrafo

Los bancos comerciales podrán redescontar estos bonos en el Banco de la República, sin afectar el cupo de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, ni el del respectivo banco.
