Art. 2.° Autorízase al Gobierno para que proceda por administración á refeccionar y concluir el edificio denominado de "El Parque" en la ciudad de Cartagena, por hacer falta al Gobierno para sus Oficinas y depósitos de la Aduana.

Para atender á los gastos que demande esta mejora se vota la suma de cuarenta y ocho mil pesos ($48,000) que se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia económica en curso.
