Estructura

Decreto 684 de 2024 · por el cual se reglamenta el Sistema Nacional para la Garantía Progresiva del Derecho a la Alimentación (SNGPDA), el Programa Hambre Cero, el Sistema Nacional de Seguimiento y Monitoreo para la Superación del Hambre y la Malnutrición (SNSMSHM) y el Observatorio del Derecho a la Alimentación y Nutrición ODAN y se transforma la Comisión intersectorial de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional (CISAN).

°. Estructura. El Sistema Nacional para la Garantía Progresiva del Derecho a la Alimentación (SNGPDA), estará compuesto por las siguientes instancias

1.

La Comisión intersectorial del Derecho Humano a la Alimentación (CIDHA) de orden nacional de la que trata el presente decreto.

2.

Los Comités Departamentales, Municipales y Distritales de Alimentación o quien haga sus veces.

3.

El Observatorio del Derecho a la Alimentación y Nutrición. CAPÍTULO II COMISIÓN INTERSECTORIAL DEL DERECHO HUMANO A LA ALIMENTACIÓN -CIDHA
