El presente Convenio entrará en vigencia en la fecha en que ambas Partes se comuniquen haber cumplido con los requisitos necesarios; tendrá vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1970, fecha en la cual será renovado automáticamente por períodos sucesivos de un año, si ninguna de las Partes Contratantes lo denuncia tres (3) meses antes de su terminación.
