º. Los beneficios del presente Decreto se extenderán también a los miembros de la agrupación que se encuentren privados de la libertad, por hallarse vinculados a procesos por delitos de rebelión, sedición y asonada y los conexos con ellas no exceptuados, cuando la mayoría da los miembros integrantes de la misma agrupación que adelantan actividades delictivas, hayan depuesto las armas de conformidad con lo que contempla el artículo 2º y siempre que hayan la manifestación de que trata el artículo 1º.
