El monumento que se ordena construir por la presente Ley, deberá llevar en bronce las estatuas de José Antonio Galán, Antonia Santos, Manuela Beltrán, Isidro Molina, Lorenzo Alcantuz y José Ortiz, como tributo a los precursores de nuestra independencia.

El frontis del mismo monumento llevará esta inscripción:

"COLOMBIA A LA GLORIA DE LOS COMUNEROS.

LEY"
