Toda actuación en el proceso penal debe empezar con el nombre de la entidad o juzgado que la práctica, e indicar el lugar, día, mes y año en que se verifique, si se trata de diligencia; o en que sea firmada por el funcionario o juez y su secretario, si se trata de auto o sentencia. No es necesaria la indicación de la hora sino en los casos expresamente establecidos.
