TÍTULOS OTORGADOS. Los títulos que expidan la Academia y Escuelas Regionales del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad a quienes hubieren hecho los cursos de formación básica y de especialización, y las certificaciones, constancias, y diplomas correspondientes a los demás cursos, tendrán la naturaleza y validez que autorice el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, previos los trámites legales pertinentes.
