Artículo segundo. El Gobierno Nacional podrá redactar y firmar un nuevo texto de contrato que actualice las cláusulas que hayan perdido vigencia o necesiten adaptación, acoplando todo el contenido a las disposiciones de esta Ley y de sus antecedentes.
