° La inversión de los saldos que resultaren a favor de los Municipios y Corregimientos en el Fondo de Obras Públicas Municipales se hará de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en los artículos 6.° y 14 del Decreto 2451 de 1943, y deberán ser incorporados en los presupuestos intendenciales o comisariales de la siguiente vigencia, después de efectuada la liquidación del último trimestre. Comuníquese y publíquese.
