Habilitación legal para la prestación del servicio de larga distancia nacional e internacional . Colombia Telecomunicaciones S. A. E.S.P., con el propósito de garantizar la continuidad en la prestación del servicio de telecomunicaciones tendrá la función que tenía la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones - Telecom de prestar en gestión directa el servicio de telefonía pública básica conmutada de larga distancia nacional e internacional y los servicios portadores de larga distancia nacional e internacional.
