Modificación de las listas de elegibles. La respectiva Comisión de la Carrera Especial podrá, de oficio o a petición de parte, modificar o adicionar la lista de elegibles o reubicar a las personas dentro de esta cuando compruebe que hubo un error. Los interesados podrán presentar reclamaciones contra la decisión que modifique la lista de elegibles en los términos señalados en la convocatoria.
