La Superintendencia, en el evento de la reducción en el valor nominal de los aportes a las empresas de servicios públicos cuyo capital esté representado en acciones, podrá disponer que sólo se emitan títulos de acciones por valores superiores a una décima parte de un salario mínimo mensual legal.
