El que voluntariamente destruya o descomponga la vía férrea o coloque en ella obstáculos que puedan producir descarrilamientos o que de cualquiera otra manera trate de producirlos, será castigado, por este solo hecho, con dos a seis años de presidio. Si se produjere el descarrilamiento o accidente buscado, se castigará al responsable con las sanciones establecidas para el caso conforme al Código Penal.
