Los Administradores de Aduana darán a los Capitanes hasta cinco días de término para el arreglo y presentación de sus cuentas, los cuales rendirán éstas al fin de cada mes, con sus comprobantes debidamente arreglados, y luego que sean examinadas y fenecidas, serán incluidas en las que han de rendir dichos Administradores a la Corte de Cuentas.
