El Director del Departamento Nacional de Higiene queda facultado para fijar por medio de resolución interna los viáticos para los funcionarios de su dependencia en comisiones especiales, así como el reconocimiento de los gastos de transporte, conformándose a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 685 de 1932. Tales funcionarios presentarán, en cada caso, los comprobantes respectivos.
