º. En los contratos que sobre exploración y explotación celebre el Gobierno, es bien entendido que la Nación no queda obligada a prestación ni a indemnización alguna a favor del contratista, en caso de que un tercero demuestre, en forma legal, tener derecho sobre el petróleo materia del contrato.
