Obligatoriedad de las vacaciones. Las vacaciones anuales tienen carácter obligatorio para los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, quienes deben hacer uso de ellas dentro del año siguiente al de la fecha en que se cause el derecho. Por circunstancias especiales podrán acumularse vacaciones hasta sesenta (60) días.
