Artículo tercero. Dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de recibo de la solicitud, el empleador dará traslado de ella a la División de Relaciones Individuales de Trabajo o a La División Departamental de Trabajo y Seguridad Social o a la respectiva Inspección de Trabajo conforme al decreto 3872 de 1973. Si el empleador no diere dicho traslado dentro del tal término, el trabajador podrá dirigirse directamente a las citadas dependencias del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, adjuntando original o copia del certificado a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente decreto.
