Artículo cuarto. La Oficina Jurídica procederá a estudiar las solicitudes de las personas que aspiran a obtener la credencial de expendedores de drogas, y si las encuentra completas y el solicitante cumple, además, los requisitos fijados en el artículo 2 .° del presente Decreto, expedirá una autorización para que pueda inscribirse en el curso de capacitación.
