° La Corporación Financiera Popular, destinará específicamente al financiamiento de la microempresa, hasta el veinticinco por ciento (25%) de sus recursos de crédito. Para la determinación de dicho monto se entiende que no están comprendidos los recursos correspondientes a redescuentos, fondos de administración, encargos fiduciarios y recursos provenientes del crédito externo.
