Calidad de fortificantes. La calidad de los fortificantes y de la forma química utilizada en la premezcla deberá cumplir con las especificaciones técnicas establecidas en el Código de Sustancias Químicas para Alimentos (FCC, por sus siglas en inglés), farmacopeas reconocidas y las normas vigentes, de tal manera que se asegure la calidad nutricional e inocuidad del producto final.
