LICENCIA ESPECIAL. El Ministro de Defensa Nacional podrá conceder licencia sin derecho a sueldo ni prestaciones sociales al Oficial o Suboficial cuyo cónyuge sea destinado en comisión al exterior, hasta por un término máximo de dieciocho (18) meses. Este tiempo no se computará para efectos de actividad policial ni para el reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales.
