Artículo único. Mientras esté ausente en uso de vacaciones el señor Isaac Díaz, encárgase de la intendencia Fluvial de Barranquilla al Secretario de dicha oficina, señor Mario de Castro, quien, devengará el misino sueldo de que actualmente disfruta. Esta disposición tendrá efecto desde el día 26 de noviembre último, fecha en que el intendente comenzó sus vacaciones. Comuníquese y publíquese.
