º. Se entiende por medicamentos oficiales los inscritos en las farmacopeas francesa (Codex), americana y británica, en sus últimas ediciones. La adicción de designaciones especiales dará lugar a que el producto se considere como clase a) o b) del presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Todo fabricante de productos oficiales está obligado a colocar en los envases una etiqueta en que conste la farmacopea de acuerdo con la cual se preparó el producto.
