ARTICULO 1.3.1.3.3 . MARGEN DE SOLVENCIA DE LAS SOCIEDADES ADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DE PENSIONES Y CESANTIA. Las sociedades administradoras deberán mantener y acreditar ante la Superintendencia Bancaria, como margen de solvencia, un patrimonio técnico saneado equivalente, como mínimo, a las cuantías que determine dicho organismo.
