La existencia de las asociaciones municipales será indefinida, pero podrán disolverse por voluntad de la mayoría absoluta de la Asamblea General, o por ocurrencia de una cualquiera de las causales previstas en el Código Civil para la extinción de las asociaciones o por reducción de las juntas afiliadas por debajo de los límites previstos en el Artículo 5°.
