Con las finalidades señaladas en los artículos anteriores, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía en coordinación con los organismos oficiales correspondientes, hará un registro de las necesidades de materias primas de origen mineral que actualmente tenga la industria colombiana y de sus requerimientos previsibles. Igualmente el Ministerio hará el estudio periódico de las posibilidades mediatas e inmediatas que existan en el país de adelantar el tratamiento de los minerales. CAPITULO XVII Servidumbres.
