Articulo 8º. Cuando la marca este constituída por una palabra o palabras independientes de toda forma distintiva, en el Diario Oficial se insertará dicha palabra o palabras junto con la solicitud respectiva, en tipo claramente visible y en renglón aparte, de manera que se destaque en forma notoria.
