º Los resguardos de las salinas marítimas establecidos en la actualidad seguirán funcionando con el personal y las asignaciones que tienen, hasta nueva disposición del Gobierno. El Inspector General podrá distribuir esos resguardos como mejor convenga á la administración de la renta y la persecución del contrabando, y podrá aumentar ó disminuir el personal de los mismos, según sea necesario, mediante decretos ó resoluciones que no regirán sino cuando hayan sido aprobados por el Gobierno.
