Libros de contabilidad. Los contribuyentes de que tratan los artículos 1.2.1.5.1.2., 1.2.1.5.2.1. y 1.2.1.5.3.1. de este decreto están obligados a llevar los libros contabilidad de conformidad con los marcos técnicos normativos contables y ser registrados cuando hubiere lugar a ello.
